“TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “VGO Privilege/Pass” FOR CUSTOMER”

Terms and Conditions:

1. I am above 18 years of age.
2. I shall provide my original ID upon request of “VGO Privilege/Pass” registered participating outlet.
3. Customer is allowed to logout from “VGO Privilege” profile only twice in every 30 days, after which automatically all services, discounts & exclusive offers shall be temporarily suspended for the next consecutive 30 days.
4. If customer logged out from “VGO Pass” profile, automatically all services, discounts & exclusive offers shall be permanently suspended for further usage.
5. All in store prices/rates by registered Participating outlet are subject to change without any prior approval.
6. “VGO Privilege/Pass” shall not be used in conjunction against any other discount/offer with registered "Participating Outlet.”
7. “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) reserves the right to change, discontinue or amend its services, terms of use, privacy policy, terms and conditions at any given time without any prior approval of the customer.
8. All Payments after receiving “VGO Privilege/Pass” discount/offer must be paid directly to the registered participating outlet.
9. Incase pin can not be generated, “VGO Privilege/Pass” will not be honoured by registered participating outlet and no action will be taken against “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) or registered “Participating outlet” by the customer.
10. “VGO Privilege/Pass” discounts and exclusive offers are applicable for in store purchases only.
11. Customer must be connected with WIFI/Internet data at all times to be able to access the app/website.
12. It is the responsibility of the paid customer to update any change in registered email address, phone number, login details or any other personal information required by “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) in order to avail discounts and exclusive offers in store.
13. “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) is entitled to closure of the division at any given time and 50% of any remaining paid subscription shall be returned to the customer, therefore no legal action shall be taken against “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) by the customer in any such case.
14. All “VGO Privilege/Pass” subscription payments must be made only via official “VGO Privilege/Pass” approved payment methods.
15.“VGO Privilege/Pass” is non exchangeable/refundable/payable and must be availed within the date of expiry as mentioned on the discount/exclusive offer.
16. “VGO Privilege/Pass”customers are responsible to make all subscription payments on time.
17. Incase of non-payment by “VGO Privilege/Pass” customer, all services shall be terminated by “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division).
18. Customers do not hold “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) responsible nor legally liable for any dispute or experience with the registered participating outlet.
19. Incase of closure of a registered participating outlet, all exclusive offers and discounts shall be treated as null and void and no legal action shall be taken against “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) or registered participating outlet by the customer.
20. Subscription to “VGO Privilege” membership is a minimum period of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after PIN is verified by selected “VGO Privilege” registered participating outlet.
21. Subscription to “VGO Pass” is a daily subscription pass valid for upto 24 Hours from the time of purchase which can be used for only 3 times after PIN is verified by selected “VGO Pass” registered participating outlet.
22. Customer must either use “VGO Privilege”or “VGO Pass” against each single receipt from any “VGO Privilege/Pass” registered participating outlet.
23. In case of suspected fraud, error and inconsistencies, shall be reported by “VGO Privilege/Pass” customers via email to the following address: [email protected]
24. When you purchase/subscribe to “VGO Privilege/Pass”, you therefore confirm the following; I HEREBY, declare that all information provided by me is true and accurate, I have read, understood, agreed and accepted all of the above terms and conditions of “VGO Privilege/Pass” for customer (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division), terms of use & privacy policy before subscribing or purchasing “VGO Privilege/Pass”.

“TERMS & CONDITIONS OF “VGO Privilege/Pass” FOR PARTICIPATING OUTLET”

Terms and Conditions:

1. Minimum tenure of “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement” is a period of 12 months from date of signing. Unless closure or withdrawal of “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement” of either one of the following; participating outlet or “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division).
2. Incase participating outlet or “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) would like to withdraw from this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement”, a 1 month notice period requesting withdrawal of this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement” must be sent via registered email address on this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement”.
3. Participating outlet is responsible for updating “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) in any change of point of contact via the following email; [email protected]
4. “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) reserves the right to change, discontinue or amend its services, terms of use, privacy policy, terms and conditions without any prior approval from the registered participating outlet at any given time and an updated notification alert shall be sent via registered email address on this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement” to registered participating outlet informing them of the same.
5. Participating outlet must honour “VGO Privilege/Pass” holders with agreed discount/offer as mentioned on this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement”
6. Incase pin can not be generated for any reason, “VGO Privilege/Pass” should not be honoured by registered participating outlet and no legal action shall be taken against “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) by registered participating outlet.
7. Participating outlet do not hold any shares, financial profits, gain or loss against “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) sales and business revenue.
8. “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) and the participating outlet shall sign 2 original copies of this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement” and 1 original signed copy must be retained by each individual Party until end of tenure.
9. Participating outlets do not hold “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division), responsible or legally liable for any dispute or experience with the customer.
10. Participating outlet will receive a special 50% discount on the annual fee of “VGO Privilege” membership for 20 nominees @ TZS 5000/- only per month, inclusive of VAT, through a special “Promo Code”, for the first year. Discount is valid for a period of 2 months from official launch date of “VGO Privilege” on annual subscription only (terms and conditions still apply).
11. Participating outlets must display “VGO Privilege/Pass” outlet sticker either on the entrance door or near the cash register.
12. All discounts by registered participating outlets must remain unchanged for a period of 6 months and all exclusive offers by participating outlet must remain unchanged for a period of 3 months, after which any alteration must be communicated via email address; [email protected] 1 week prior to “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) in order to upload necessary
changes/amendments on “VGO Privilege/Pass” website and apps.
13. Registered participating outlet grants consent and permission for all platforms used for advertising and marketing done by “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) for the participating outlet in order for sales of “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division).
14. To register for “VGO Pass” participating outlet must offer a minimum discount of 15%.
15. Offers provided by participating outlet as per this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount & Offer Agreement” must be exclusively for “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) customers only.
16. Registered participating outlet is responsible in providing any specific terms & conditions, logos & artwork that must be uploaded on www.vgotz.com / VGO apps pertaining to the discount/exclusive offer in store to “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) via email; [email protected]
17. Incase of closure of a registered participating outlet, all offers and discounts shall be treated as null and void and no legal action shall be taken by “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) against the participating outlet.
18. Participating outlet is entitled to 1 web/social media link through www.vgotz.com mentioned on this “VGO Privilege/Pass Discount Agreement” however, participating outlet must not provide the same offer as per this agreement which is exclusively for “VGO Privilege/Pass” customers only.
19. “VGO Privilege/Pass” is non payable/exchangeable/refundable.
20. “VGO Privilege/Pass” discounts & exclusive offers by registered participating outlet is applicable for in store purchases only.
21. Registered participating outlet must be connected with WIFI/Internet data at all times to be able to access the app/website.
22. “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) shall not officially be launched until 100 participating outlets have registered to the privilege programme.
23. In case of all suspected fraud, error and inconsistencies shall be reported by participating outlet via email to the following address: [email protected]
24. 1 week prior to launch date a 30 minutes training on usage of the app & service shall be provided to the registered participating outlet by “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) sales representative along with handover of 3 “VGO Privilege/Pass” outlet stickers and confirmation receipt must be acknowledged by registered participating outlet for the same.
25. When you register as a “VGO Privilege/Pass” participating outlet, you therefore confirm the following; We HEREBY, declare that all information provided by us is true and accurate, we have read, understood, agreed and accepted all “VGO Privilege/Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division) terms of use, privacy policy and all of the above "Terms & Conditions of “VGO Privilege/Pass” for Customer" and "Terms & Conditions of “VGO Privilege/Pass” for Participating Outlet" before registering and signing as a participating outlet with “VGO Privilege /Pass” (as part of “Trusted Times Limited” sales division).
